摘要
本文借助学习动机测量表对浙江电大开放教育学院的学员进行学习动机调查,经检验,问卷的信度和效度都令人满意。调查结果表明,成人学习者的学习动机主要倾向于认知内驱力(47.98%)和自我提高的内驱力(32.74%),在此基础上提出相应的教学措施以达到进一步激发、维持和强化学员学习动机的目的。
This paper uses measurement scales of learning motivation to survey on the learning motivation of students in Zhejiang Radio and TV University Open Education College,the reliability and validity of questionnaire are satisfactory.Findings shows,learning motivation of adults tend to cognitive drive(47.98%) and self-improvement drive(32.74%),based on it to propose corresponding teaching measures to further stimulate,maintain and strengthen students' learning motivation purpose.
