关于南昌教育学院基层教学组织设置的一点思考

本文基于校本研究,顺应当下高校发展趋势,对高职院校所面临的一个普遍性问题——基层教学组织设置进行了分析和研究。通过对南昌教育学院基层教学组织设置中存在的问题和不足进行调查研究,认为南昌教育学院中文系的建设的语文教育专业教学团队这种以专业群的形式建设的基层教学组织形式对全院基层教学组织设置极具启迪性与引导性,并对高职院校基层教学组织设置与研究具有积极而重要的意义。

This article is based on school-based research,to follow the trend of the current development of universities and vocational colleges are facing a universal problem-the grassroots level teaching organization set analysis and research.To investigate and study the problems and deficiencies that exist in the primary teaching organization of the hospital setting,that the construction of the hospital Department of Chinese Language Education professional teaching team,this professional group in the form of construction of primary teaching organizational form in our hospital very enlightening and guiding the primary teaching organization settings,settings and research to primary teaching organizations and vocational colleges have an active and important significance.
