校园文化通过独特的教育方式,塑造学校的形象和培养高素质的应用型人才。结合近年来我国高职生就业的现状,职业技术教育应从帮助学生树立正确的职业取向和职业信念、利用学生社团作为创业教育的窗口、开辟"大学生创业孵化园",培养创业技能、推行带薪实习项目、增强创业意识等方面有效的培育高职生的创业精神。

The campus culture through the unique educational way,to shape the image of the school and the training of high-quality talents.Combines with the status of our country vocational students employment in recent years,occupation technology education should help students establish the correct occupation orientation and occupation belief,using the student mass organization as the window of enterprise education,open the 'university business incubator park',cultivating entrepreneurial skills,carry out paid internship project,enhance the consciousness to cultivate the entrepreneurial spirit of higher vocational students effectively.
