The multicultural counseling theory develops under the multicultural background emphasizes on the cultural differences and individual characteristics in the process of psychological counseling and education t,is helpful for overcoming the deviation in culture,acknowledging the differences,respect for diversity.To introduce multicultural counseling philosophy in psychological education in higher vocational colleges teaching,based on the principle of 'respect,encourage,understand,share',to explore the effective ways and means to help students overcome the psychological inferiority,it is very useful to promote the goal of personnel training in higher vocational colleges and improve the students' comprehensive quality.
