摘要
中学羽毛球教学历来棘手,主要是技术动作多,且细腻而又复杂,教学效果往往事倍功半,而学生则难以领会。通过结合‘练’、‘念’,能在一定程度上提高羽毛球成绩和技术动作的准确度、规范性。通过教学实验,发现采用"念动教学"能加快中学生掌握羽毛球技术动作。
The middle school badminton teaching is difficult,the technical movements are much more,delicate and complex,the teaching effect is often less effective,and students are difficult to understand.Through a combination of ' training ',' read ',to improve the accuracy and normative of the badminton achievement and technical action to a certain extent.Through teaching experiment,found that using'Niandong teaching'can accelerate students to master badminton technique.
