摘要
投资银行属智力密集型行业,它要求有一支精通金融、财务、法律等专业知识,并具有一定从业经验的中高级人才队伍作为业务支撑,优秀的人才和有效的机制对于业务发展至关重要,商业银行在这方面的差距是显而易见的。本文在机构、人员和业务规划上进行了思考。
The investment bank is a knowledge-intensive industry,it requires a senior talent team master of finance,financial,legal and other professional knowledge,and has a certain experience,outstanding talent and effective mechanism are important for business development,the gap of commercial banks in the aspects is obvious.This paper undertakes reflection on mechanism,personnel and business planning.
