摘要
教学及人才培养是高校的基本职能,高校教师的教学能力与高校教学质量有着直接的关系。特别是我国高校大规模扩张以来,大量新任及年轻教师的加入使这方面的任务也更为紧迫。本文拟从榜样激励的必要性、可行性、原则和方法等方面探讨加强高校青年教师的培训和指导,促进教师教育教学能力的提升,为年轻教师的终身学习、专业化发展奠定扎实的基础。
Teaching and the cultivation of talents is the basic function of university,teachers' teaching ability has a direct relationship with teaching quality.Especially since the expansion of large-scale in colleges and universities in our country,many new and young teachers make this task more urgent.This paper from the necessity,feasibility,principles and methods of model incentive to strengthen the training and guidance of college young teachers,promote teachers' teaching ability,to lay a solid foundation for the young teachers' lifelong learning and professional development.
