育人工作在工科院校艺术团建设中的实践探索

Exploration on the effect of the education work in the establishment of arts troupes in engineering colleges

本文介绍了普通高校大学生艺术团建设的现状和存在的问题,从育人工作以及工科院校大学生艺术团建设的特点出发,对育人工作在工科院校大学生艺术团建设中的具体体现进行了分析。并通过笔者自身的实践探索,提出育人工作与工科院校艺术团建设相互渗透的优势,以育人促进工科院校大学生艺术团的健康发展,使其在高校素质教育中充分发挥应有的作用。

This article firstly describes the status quo of the construction of university students’arts group,which is an indispensable part in the University Quality Education.Secondly,by observing the characteristics of university students’ arts group in engineering college,this article analyzes how the education work performs in the arts group in the engineering college.This article,combing with the real experience of the writer,proposes advantages of collaboration between the education work and the construction of university students’arts group.Thus,the education work would promote the healthy development of university students’ arts group in engineering university,and university students’arts group would be the victorious fruit of the education work and play a positive role in the University Quality Education.
