高等学校班主任是大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是高等学校实施教书育人的有效载体,是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人,是由高校聘任到学生班级,协助辅导员对学生进行思想教育、行为引导、学习指导,促进学生全面、健康、和谐发展的教师。本文从高校班主任的角色定位、工作职责及工作方法等方面进行了探究。

The class teacher in higher school is the backbone strength for college students’ ideological and political education;is the effective carrier for imparting knowledge and educating people;is the director and guider of the way for college students’ health;is the essential role who is engaged by the higher school to assist the instructor in students’ thinking cultivation,guidance of behavior,direction of studies,which will promote students’ comprehensive,healthy and harmonious development.This essay focuses on the role of the class teacher in higher school,on the duty of the teaching job,and on the methods of working.
