Good relationship between teachers and students,that is to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students in the process of education and teaching,is the practical requirements of teaching practice and training process,also the guarantee of education teaching activity smoothly and efficient implementation,is an important part to ensure the teaching quality project.Based on the characteristics of relationship between teachers and students in distance open education,from the respective changes of the characteristics of teachers and students to analyze,aiming to explore the construction of harmonious relationship between teachers and students in the open and distance education.
