浅谈新形势下高职院校学生会工作的问题及对策

Discussion on higher vocational college under the new situation will work problems and countermeasures

随着近几年高校的扩招,高校的生源数量急剧扩大,但学生的综合素质、个人能力却呈现出相对滞后的局面。这对高职院校如何做好学生管理工作提出了新的挑战。如何运用好学生会,有效地发挥学生会的作用,成为高职院校急需解决的问题。本文通过分析新形势下高职院校学生会管理中存在的问题,并以南昌教育学院学生会改革为例提出对策。

In recent years with the expansion of colleges and universities,the rapid expansion of the number of college students,but the students' comprehensive quality,individual ability is showing a relatively backward situation,the higher vocational colleges how to manage students presents new challenges.How to make good use of students,students can effectively play the role,become the problem urgently to be solved in Higher Vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the new situation of vocational college students the problems existed in the management of students in Nanchang Education College,and puts forward the countermeasures will reform as an example.
