摘要
当前高职院校正处在从量的扩张到质的提升的转型时期,注重提高教师实践能力,优化教师队伍"双师"结构,是高职院校内涵建设的一项重要措施。近年来,台州职业技术学院在"双师型"教师队伍建设中进行了一些实践与探索,取得了明显成效。
Vocational colleges are now experiencing the very moment of transformation.It is regarded as an important measure of connotation construction to make effort at improving the teachers’ practical ability and to optimize double-type teacher team construction.This paper aims to introduce some effective practice and exploration of double-type teacher team construction in Taizhou Vocational and Technical College in recent years.
