摘要
提高教师参与教研的积极性、实效性是提升教研质量,促进教师专业成长的关键。互动式网络教研,充分发挥教师参与教研的主观能动性,改变了现有教研形式,借助有效的载体与方式,通过QQ在线研讨,尝试远程视频诊断,利用教育"博客"等网络资源,实现教师与同伴,教师与专家有效互动,以此解决教学的问题和困惑,提升教研的质效,为幼儿教师专业成长搭建平台。
Improving the enthusiasm and effectiveness of teachers' participation in research,is the key to improve teaching quality,promote teachers' professional development.Interactive network teaching,give full play to teachers' subjective initiative to participate in the research,changes the existing research forms,with the effective carrier and means,through the QQ on-line discussion,try to remote video diagnosis,use of education' blog' cyber source,make teachers and peers,teachers and experts interact effectively,in order to solve the problems and confused of teaching,enhance the quality and efficiency of teaching,build a platform for the kindergarten teachers' professional development.
