浅谈新形势下高校思政教育与大学生职业生涯规划

Ideological and political education in colleges and university and student occupation career planning under the new situation

近年来,随着高校不断扩招,当前大学生的就业形势日益严峻。基于职业生涯规划下的高校大学生思想政治教育则是当前高校思想政治教育的一大突破。本文首先简述职业生涯规划与思想政治教育的相关内容;其次探究基于职业生涯规划下的高校大学生思想政治教育的重要作用;最后论述建立科学合理的思想政治教育理论课实效性长效机制的理性思考,以期更好的推动高校思想政治教育的实效性。

In recent years,along with the expansion of university enrollment,employment situation of college students is increasingly serious.College students' ideological and political education based on the occupation career planning is a major breakthrough of the ideological and political education in colleges.This paper first summarizes the content of occupation career planning and ideological and political education;second inquiry the important role of college students' ideological and political education based on occupation career planning;finally,to discuss the establishment of the effectiveness mechanism of a scientific and rational theory of ideological and political education course,to better promote the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
