浅谈高校大学生素质拓展的现状与对策

Discussion on the present situation and countermeasure of college students' quality development

高校大学生素质拓展项目着力培养大学生的实践精神和创新精神,是一种旨在提高大学生综合能力及素质的全新教育模式。由于体系尚未健全等原因,大学生素质拓展项目还存在问题与不足,这就大大限制了素质拓展活动的开展。本文在介绍高校大学生素质拓展的现状的同时,分析了当前素质拓展项目的优势和缺点,并提出了相关的改进设想。

The quality expansion project of university students to cultivate students’ practical and innovative spirit,is the new education model to improve the students' comprehensive ability and quality.Because the system is not perfect,there are some problems in college students' quality development project,this greatly limits the quality development activities.This paper introduces the present situation of university students’ quality expansion,at the same time,to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of current quality development project,and put forward some improvement ideas.
