天津地区的韩语专业现状与人才培养

The professional current situation and talent cultivation of Korean in Tianjin region

近年来,随着中韩两国交往的日益频繁,社会对了解韩国、掌握韩语的专业人才的需求也在不断增强。国内关于韩语人才培养方面的研究已经取得了一些成果,而针对具体地区的研究则相对较少,本文旨在通过调查研究,了解社会对韩语人才的需求,并提出一些培养方案,使独立学院韩语专业的毕业生们更加适应社会需求,增加就业时的竞争力。

In recent years,with the exchanges in China and South Korea have become increasingly frequent,the demand of society to understand Korean,master Korean professionals also is increasing ceaselessly.The research about Korean personnel training has achieved some results,but the area specific research is relatively little,this paper aims to through study to understand the demand of society to Korean talents,and put forward some training programs,makes the independent institute Korean professional graduates more adapt to the need of the society,increase the employment competitiveness.
