科学发展观是高校思想政治工作的重要指导思想。在对新形势下高校思想政治工作现状进行分析的基础上,认为,高校思想政治工作的创新必须以科学发展观为指导,树立"以学生为本"的核心理念,体现全面、协调、可持续发展的基本要求,坚持统筹兼顾的根本方法。

The scientific outlook on development of college ideological and political work is the important guiding ideology.On the ideological and political work in Colleges and Universities under new situation based on the analysis of present situation,thought,ideological and political work of innovation must be guided by the scientific outlook on development,establish a ' student-centered ' core philosophy,embodied overall,coordinate,the basic requirements of sustainable development,adhere to the basic method to make overall plans.
