摘要
扁平化管理是高校教学管理体制改革的重要路径,这给高校教务秘书队伍提出了民主化理念、多元化素质和网络化办公的挑战。扁平化管理模式中的高校教务秘书队伍建设,需要适当扩大高校教务秘书队伍的规模,适时对高校教务秘书进行素质培训,强化高校教务秘书的职业道德建设。
Flat management is an important path of university teaching management system reform,it proposes the challenge of democratic concept,a plurality of quality and network office to college teaching secretary team.The construction of college teaching secretary team in flat management mode,needs appropriately expand the scale of teaching secretary team in university,timely to train the teaching secretary quality education in university,strengthen the occupation morality construction of teaching secretary in university.
