摘要
随着成人教育规模的日益扩大,如何提高成人教育质量成为人们迫切需要解决的问题。成人教育学生(成教生)学习动力不足是影响成人教育质量的一个重要因素。自我赋权理论从个人、组织、社区(社会)三个层次提出了引导成教生学习积极性的路径。通过成教生学习自我赋权必要性的阐述,最终基于自我赋权视角提出对成教生学习引导的三条策略。
Along with the increasingly enlargement of the scale of adult education,how to improve the quality of adult education has become one of the urgent needs to solve the problem.Students of adult education lack of learning motivation is an important factor influence the quality of adult education.Selfempowerment theory from individuals,organizations,community three levels to put forward the path to guide the adult students' learning enthusiasm.Through the necessity of self-empowerment,ultimately based on self-empowerment perspective to propose three strategies guidance of adult education students.
