Analysis of the role of "school-enterprise cooperation" practice mode to promote college students' employment competence——Take Jilin Agricultural University College of Resources and Environment Applied Chemistry Specialty as an example

大学生就业问题始终是全社会关注的热点问题,纵观大学生就业,在强调国家宏观政策和就业环境的同时,我们更应该思考如何从学生自身的专业素养和就业能力上着手,努力提升学生的自身素质和就业竞争力。本文以吉林农业大学资源与环境学院组织应用化学专业学生到企业开展社会实践活动为例,重点阐述了"校企合作"社会实践模式对提升大学生就业创业能力的作用。

College students' employment problem is always the hot issue of social concern,the employment of college students,emphasizing the national macroscopic policy and employment environment,at the same time,we should think about how to begin from their own professional quality and employment ability,strive to improve students' quality and ability of obtaining employment.This paper takes Jilin Agricultural University College of Resources and Environment to organize applied chemistry students to develop social practice activities of the enterprise as the example,elaborates the role of 'school-enterprise cooperation' practice mode to promote college students' employment competence.
