目前我国的高职教育快速发展,高职教育的重点是能够为国家培养并输送掌握专业技能的高素质人才。在实现这个教育目标的过程中,不断提升高职教师的现代化教育技术能力是极其重要的。文章旨在分析现今高职学校教师教育技术能力的现状特点,提出能够有效提升教师教育技术能力的培养策略,最终实现提升高职学校教学效果的目的。

At present,China's higher vocational education develops rapidly,the focus of higher vocational education is transport the professional skills of high-quality talents for the national training.In the realization of the educational goals,improve higher vocational teachers' modern educational technology ability is extremely important.This paper aims at analyzing the characteristic of the current situation of vocational school teachers' educational technology ability,put forward the training strategy to improve the teachers' educational technology ability,finally realizes the higher vocational school teaching effect.
