试论情感诱导在高职教育教学工作中的运用

Application of the emotion induction in higher vocational education teaching work

情感诱导是使教育内容转化为学生内心意识和外在行为的先导和中介,具有增强教育效果的功能。文章为适应高职教育的改革及社会和谐发展的需要,基于现在高职学生的特点,论述了情感诱导在高职教育教学工作中运用的必要性及途径。

Emotional induction is the pilot and intermediary of making education content into students' inner consciousness and external behavior,can strengthen the function of the education effect.In this paper,in order to adapt to the reform of higher vocational education and needs of harmonious social development,based on the characteristics of vocational college students,discusses the necessity and the way of the emotion induction in higher vocational education and teaching work.
