摘要
21世纪 ,中国面临着数以亿计剩余劳动力的转移问题 ,如何实现农村剩余劳动力向非农产业的转移 ,进而由非农化向城镇化发展 ,是我们亟待解决的课题。
China is facing the shift of rural surplus labour force which the number is several hundred milinions.How to carry out the shift of surplus forces from agriculure to non agriculure and then promote the development of town in the direction of non agriculure. This is an urgent problem to be solved in our country.
