法学教育的属性及其层次定位

Attribute of Law Education and Education Purpose

目前 ,研究、探讨法学教育改革的有效途径是学界关注的话题。本文探讨了法学教育的两个基本属性即教育性和法律性 ,并在此基础上阐述了法学教育在办学机构、培养目标、人才素质等方面的层次定位。

The reform of law education is being launched and expanded.Scholars of law science are all concerned with approaches to the reform of law education The author of this essay argues that the research of the above topic should start with the basic attributes of law education.This essay discusses the two basic attributes of law education:the atribute of education and the attribute of law.And on the basis of such discussion,the purpose of law education have been expounded in terms of university_establishing organizations,fostering,quality of talented people.
