摘要
以3-甲基吡啶为原料,CuCl/HCl为氯化剂,合成得到2-氯-5-甲基吡啶。考察了氯化剂中CuCl和HCl的不同用量对2-氯-5-甲基吡啶产率的影响。结果表明,反应温度110℃,反应时间9 h,3-甲基吡啶氧化物、CuCl及HCl三者摩尔比4.5:3:9为最佳试验条件,2-氯-5-甲基吡啶收率达到最大值75%。
2-chloro-5-methylpyridine was synthesized from 3-methylpyridine using CuCl/HCl as chlorinating agent.The effects of different dosage of CuCl and HCl on the yield of 2-chloro-5-methylpyridine were also investigated.The results showed that while the mole ratio of 3-methyl pyridine N-oxide,CuCl and HCl was 4.5:3:9 on the condition that temperature was 110℃and reaction time was 9 h,the yield of 2-chloro-5-methylpyridine was increased up to the maximum value which was 75%.
