摘要
利用ABAQUS6.8软件建立复合材料单排三钉双搭接三维有限元模型,通过施加螺栓载荷模拟螺钉预紧力,考虑钉板间非线性接触以及接触部分的弯曲变形,选择使用八节点非协调实体单元对钉载进行模拟计算。结果与试验基本一致,验证了该三维有限元模型的有效性。基于该模型通过在大载荷孔上使用间隙配合,小载荷孔上施加干涉配合,使各钉载荷分配均匀化。
Using ABAQUS6.8 software,three-dimensional finite element contact model is established.'Bolt load' in ABAQUS is used to simulate the bolt pretension.To consider the nonlinear contact relation between bolts and plates and the bending problem of plates,incompatible modes elements are used to analysis of load distribution.Taking tri-pin joints as an example,this FE modeler is used to calculate load distribution of the single bolt row of 3 bolts in different clearance and interference.Compared with experiment results,the method that use suitable clearance and interference fit in each are proved to be valid for homogenization of load distribution.
