摘要
首先对国内军用飞机备件供应现有技术进行了阐述,分析了备件供应涉及的主要因素;然后结合工程需求对飞机的备件供应进行分析,建立了适合我国军用飞机的初始备件计算模型,用模糊评价的方法确定备件的种类,并按照不同的寿命分布使用相对应的公式计算备件的数量。本文对建立的新模型用工程实例进行了验证,取得了满意的结果,解决了我国备v件供应现存的无准确的计算模型,缺乏数据支持等问题。
The current technology of spare supply and the involved factors were studied in this paper.The new model for the primary spare calculating model was established in combination of the analysis of demand of spare supply.In the spare calculating model,a fuzzy set was constructed to determine variety of spare,and following different life distribution to calculate the quantity of the spare.The new model was demonstrated by the engineering example and the result was satisfactory.
