介绍了淮河流域水利工程及水质概况,分析了水闸防污调度对改善水质的作用,提出了进一步发挥水利工程作用、改善水质的建议:防止河道断流,提高水体自净能力;合理调度,充分利用汛期洪水,清污分流。

An introduction is given to the general situation of the water conservancy project and water quality in the Huaihe River Basin. The function of pollution control dispatching with water gates in improvement of water quality is analyzed, and some suggestions are made on the improvement of water quality by further use of the water conservancy project, such as prevention of river water interception, improvement of the self-purifying capacity of rivers, reasonable dispatching and full use of floods for separation of wastewater.
