摘要
滚轮滑轨是飞机襟、缝翼机构的重要组成部分,由于其特殊的工作环境,使得湿度、砂尘、温度等环境因素成为滚轮滑轨失效的主要原因;针对导致滚轮滑轨失效的环境因素多的特点,在其环境试验中采用正交分析法,用较少的试验次数,以获得各因素对滚轮滑轨环境失效的影响规律和主次顺序,从而可以为后续的可靠性试验提供重要基础,为滚轮滑轨的使用维护提供切实指导。
The wheel-slide is an important part of the flap and slat in the aircraft,and because of its special work environment,humidity,dust,temperature and other environmental factors become the main reasons to result in its failure.There are many environmental factors,so the orthogonal analysis is adopted in order to obtain the impact of each environmental factor on the wheel-slide failure with tests as few as possible.The results above can provide important basis for the wheel-slide following reliability test,and provide practical guidance for its operation and maintenance.
