摘要
使用有限元方法对组装壁板及整体壁板轴压载荷下的稳定性进行分析,计算轴压位移载荷情况下组装壁板及整体壁板的模态分布、应力分布及位移分布等,并对组装壁板进行了轴压试验,将试验结果与有限元结果进行了对比,表明有限元结果与试验结果吻合较好。最后对比组装壁板与整体壁板的分析结果发现,整体壁板的承载能力优于组装壁板。
This paper first use FEM analysis the stability of build-up panel and integral panel under axial compression load,calculate the mode,stress and displacement distribution of build-up panel and integral panel.Then we tested the build-up panel under axial compression load,comparing the test result and FEA result,we find that they have little difference,finally by compare the FEA result of build-up panel and integral panel,we find that integral panel have better compression capability.
