四周瑞士球核心稳定性训练对心率变异性的影响 被引量:2

Experimental Study on the Effects of Four-weeks′ Swiss ball Core Stability Training on Cardiopulmonary and its Regulatory Function

摘要 观察为期四周瑞士球核心稳定性训练(球上跪姿抬臂)对非运动员女大学生自主神经调节功能的影响。利用芬兰产的POLAR S810i遥测心率表作为工具,测量比较了四周瑞士球核心稳定性训练前后18名非运动员女大学生(实验组10人,对照组8人)心率变异性指标的变化。经过四周锻炼,实验组的10名受试者均能在瑞士球上维持跪姿抬臂标准姿势5 min。实验组的SD、RMSSD以及HF都出现了显著性增加(P<0.05);而心率则出现了显著性降低(P<0.05)。对照组各项指标均未出现显著性差异(P>0.05)。四周瑞士球核心稳定性训练可降低安静时交感神经的紧张性,增加副交感神经的紧张性。提示该训练方法对强身健体、缓解压力可能有显著性作用。 To observe the effects of four-weeks′ Swiss ball core stability training(raising arms and kneeling on the Swiss ball) on heart rate variability(HRV) and maximal oxygen uptake in non-athlete female students.The changes of heart rate variability indexes,maximal oxygen uptake,blood pressure and heart rate in 18 non-athlete female students(experiment group,n=10 and control group,n=8) were measured and analyzed with POLAR S810i heart rate monitor and polar precision performance SW produced in Finland and Monark Ergomedic 839E bicycle ergometer produced in Sweden before and after four-week′s Swiss ball core stability training.In experimental group,the subjects all could maintain the posture of raising arms and kneeling on the Swiss ball for 5 min after four-week training.Comparing with the value before the training,the maximal oxygen absolute value was very significantly increased(P<0.01),the maximal oxygen relative value was significantly increased(P<0.05),diastolic blood pressure and heart rate were significantly decreased(P<0.05);SD,RMSSD and HF were significantly increased(P<0.05).There were no significant difference(P>0.05) in all indexes before and after in control group.Four-week Swiss ball core stability training can significantly improve cardiopulmonary function,decrease resting sympathetic nervous,increase parasympathetic nervous.It is suggested that this training method might have a significant role in improving physical fitness and relieving stress.
