Realistic Response to“On Rumours”and Countermeasures ——Taking Beijing as an Example

自微博客等网络技术新应用诞生以来,每天裂变式滋生的网络谣言频繁引发网内外群体性事件。美国著名学者桑斯坦曾在《谣言》一书中阐述了网络谣言传播与治理的规律,这些规律在北京的现实中得到了验证与完善。从理论与现实两方面来看,北京乃至全国在治理网络谣言方面应当提高微博行业准入门槛、探索谣言预判模型、推广政务微博辟谣指南、健全谣言群防群治机制。

With the appearance of the new network technology like microblog,the increasing internet rumors often trigger mass disturbance.The Famous American scholar,Sunstein,described the rules of spreading and managing rumors in his book 'On Rumours' and these rules are validated and improved in Beijing.According to the experience and theory,it is necessary to enhance the admittance criteria of microblog industry,explore the anticipation model of rumors spreading,promote the guide of refuting rumors and develop mass prevention and control on rumors in Beijing and even China.
