当今我国已经进入社会主义发展全面转型的新时期,教育、教学、教师已进入面向现代化的节点上。公安院校在培养建设师资队伍上,除了组织上加大培养力度以外,更应着重培养教师的责任感和自信心,充分发挥他们的主观能动性和内在驱动力,自觉地练师能、塑师德、铸师魂,提高教学质量,提升教育水平,为创造我国公安类高校的美好明天而奋斗。

Now our country has come into a new phase of socialist development comprehensive transition.And education,teaching and teachers are facing the key point of modernization.When building the strong teachers group,police colleges should pay more attention to establish the responsibility and confidence of teachers,give full play to their initiative and inner driving force.And the teachers should develop more abilities to improve the teaching quality and fight for making a good future of our police colleges in China.
