关节镜下治疗盘状半月板损伤

Surgical Selection of Arthroscopic Meniscectomy in Patients with Discoid Lateral Meniscus Tear

目的:探讨关节镜下治疗盘状半月板损伤的术式选择和疗效。方法:选取2007年2月至2010年12月间诊断治疗的42例盘状半月板损伤患者(47膝),其中37膝行部分切除成形术,8膝行次全切成形术,2膝行全部切除术。39例患者得到随访,随访时间为9～53月。采取Lysholm评分系统分别对患者术前、术后进行膝关节功能评分。结果:术后患者在4～6周恢复了关节活动,9月随访时的膝关节功能评分明显优于3月(P<0.05)。结论:关节镜下治疗盘状半月板损伤创伤小、恢复快、能有效改善膝关节功能。

Objective To investigate the surgery method and short-term clinical outcomes of arthroscopic meniscectomy for the treatment of discoid lateral meniscus tear.Methods From February 2007 to December 2010,there were 47 knees of 42 patients with discoid lateral meniscus tear enrolled this study,in which 37 knees received partial resection of the discoid meniscus,8 knees received subtotal resection and 2 knees received complete resection.Then 39 patients were followed up for a mean of 21 months(ranging from 9 months to 53 months).The scoring system of Lysholm was used to assess the function of knee before and after operation.Results The function of operative knees was healed within 4~6 weeks.The score of knees function followed up for 9 months was significantly superior to that followed up for 3 months(P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic meniscectomy is an effective treatment for discoid lateral meniscus tear by its minimal invasion,quick recovery and improvement of knees function.
