什么是循证医学?

循证医学由西方传入国内多年,对于"循证医学"一词,生物医药学领域工作者已不再陌生,但大部分人对循证医学的具体内涵和临床实践尚缺乏系统深刻认识。因此,本文从循证医学的起源与发展、定义与内涵、认识误区、争鸣四个方面进行了简要介绍,并对几个重要的概念进行了区分。

Evidence-based Medcine(EBM) has been introduced into China for many years,and it is no longer stranger to the people in the fields of biology,medicine and pharmacy.However,what EBM is and what it is not? The number of pepole who really understand it is not much more than that who knows of it.Therefore,this paper gives a brief introduction about EBM from four aspects:origination and development,definition and connotation,misunderstandings,debates;and also distinguish some important concepts.
