摘要
网络赌博作为一种以互联网为媒介和工具的新型犯罪形式,严重扰乱了我国正常的经济秩序和社会秩序。在司法实践中,应针对网络赌博犯罪发现难、调查取证难、侦查协作难、赃款追缴难的侦查难点进行深入探讨和分析,以便采取有效的侦查对策。
Network gambling is a new criminal form,internet as media and tool,disrupted the economic and social order seriously.In the judicial practice,should deeply study and analyze for the network gambling investigation difficulties,such as the difficulties for discovering the crimes,evidence investigation and obtaining evidence,the investigative cooperation,demanding back illicit money,in order to take effective countermeasures of the investigation.
