公安学术期刊创立和发展的三个阶段

Three Stages of the Establishment and Development of Public Security Learned Journals

经过近30年的发展,公安学术期刊走出了一条由小到大、由弱到强的发展道路。纵观公安学术期刊的历史演变,大概可以划分为三个历史阶段:第一个阶段为创办的初期阶段,也可称之为"交流探索"阶段;第二个阶段为"面向基层"阶段;第三个阶段为"正规化建设"阶段。这三个阶段在公安学术期刊的发展历程中各具特色,发挥了不可替代的作用。但也存在不少问题。尽管如此,我们还是应该肯定公安学术期刊群对学术界所产生的影响力以及对公安学科建设所作的贡献。

After about 30 years of development,public security learned journals have gone from weakness to strength.Making a general survey of the historical development of public security learned journals,it can be divided into three stages: the early days of establishment or 'exchange and exploration' stage;'meeting the needs of grass-roots units' stage and 'construction of regularization'stage.The three stages have played a positive role which can not be replaced in the development of the journals.Though there are some problems now,we should affirm the journals' influence on the academic circles and its contribution to the construction of public security subjects.
