摘要
分析了影响电网事故处理效率的因素,提出通过优化调控一体化系统信号、完善预警功能、应用并行控制技术、编制信号辨识手册、优化岗位分工、加强专业培训和开展反事故演练等措施,提高地区调控运行人员的事故处理效率。
The influence of various factors on the performance of processing faults in power network is analyzed in this paper,some measures such as optimizing signal,perfecting early warning function,applying the technology of parallel control,making signal identification handbook,optimizing division of labor,strengthening professional training and carrying out anti-accident maneuver are presented to promote the handling efficient for accidents.
