三道沟含砷微细粒浸染金矿石浮选试验研究与实践

摘要 通过对三道沟含砷微细浸染金矿石的浮选试验研究 ,得出处理该矿石合理的工艺流程及药剂条件 ,即煤油除杂工艺流程 ,碳酸钠和硫酸铜为调整剂 ,丁基黄药与SK -90 11(工业用丁基黄药和丁基铵黑药 )为捕收剂 ,松醇油为起泡剂。小型试验和工业试验均获得较好的试验指标。工业试验结果为 ,原矿品位 7.2 8g/t,精矿品位 49.2 5g/t,回收率 81.5 2 %。并以此为基础转入工业生产。 Through the flotation test study on gold ores of micro-fine grained Arsenic–containing in Shandaogou, we got the reasoning technological flowsheet and reagent condition flotating this ores. That was technological flowsheet using kerosene to throw off impurity, using sodium carbonate as regulators, using butyl xanthate and SK-9011 as collectors, using pine camphor oil as frothers. Small-scale test and industrial test all got better test index. The result of industrial test was follow: head grade is 7.28g/t, concentrate grade was 49.25g/t, concentrate recovery is 81.52%,and industrial product was gone on basing on it.
