摘要
简单介绍了聚氨酯耐磨材料优异的物理性能。工业生产实践表明 ,聚氨酯筛使用寿命长 ,经济效益明显 ,环保效果好 ,筛孔不堵塞 ,降低噪音 15dB ,筛分效率 92 %以上。其筛网的功能都优于金属制品筛网。
The excellent physical performances of polyurethane abrasion-resistant material are introduced simply in this paper. The industrial applications show that the polyurethane screen is more excellent than metal screen and has many advantages, such as long-life, outstanding economic benefits, less environment pollution and not blocking. By applying polyurethane screen, the pressure of noise can be reduced 15dB, and the screening efficiency can be raised to over 92%.
