Programming the Infrastructure of City Water Enviroment and Establishing the Virtuous Circle Mechanism of City Water-Consuming

为根治城市废水对流域水环境的污染,提出了在城市规划和城市建设中应将城市污水处理厂、城市污水收集系统、城市污水资源化利用系统等三大水环境工程进行统筹规划与设计,并一次施工到位的思路,为形成城市用水良性循环机制,解决流域内水环境污染治理问题提供了可资借鉴的方案.

In order to eradicate water environment pollution caused by wastewater of cities, this article puts forward that the three water environmental engineering—city wastewater treatment plant, city wastewater collection system and resource utilization system should be designed and constructed simultaneously in the city planning and constructing. It also offers a reference scheme for forming the circle mechanism of water in cities and resolving the water environmental pollution within drainage areas.
