Numerical Simulation on Wave Structure of Falling Film on Flat Plate

摘要 采用电容探针和高速摄像对水膜垂直流下平板的波形进行实验测量。根据实验数据对两种典型的波形建立模型并进行数值计算来研究降膜表面波的内部结构。数值计算假设降膜表面波形状不变且忽略空气对降膜表面的剪应力,得到了表面波内部的速度分布和壁面剪应力的分布。数值计算得到的波速和实验测量值吻合良好。在一种大波幅的波形内部发现回流的现象。 In this paper, capacitance probe and high speed camera were adopted to study the wave structure of the falling film on the flat plate experimentally. Two typical shape waves were studied numerically to investigate the internal structure of the wave based on the experimental data. The wave shape keeps invariant and the shear stress by the air is neglected in the numerical calculation. The internal velocity distribution and wall shear stress distribution were obtained. The calculated wave velocity agrees well with the experimental data. The recirculation flow was found inside large amplitude wave.
