摘要
通过对立车工作台端面跳动与径向跳动误差的分析,提出了底座静压导轨面与定位孔垂直度误差超差的原因,论述了工作台刮研胎具的具体结构,从装配工艺上解决静压导轨面与定位孔垂直度超差的问题,由此从根源上保证工作台的回转精度。
This article carries out analysis on axial runout and radial runout of vertical lathe table,the hydrostatic base ways surface and the upright degree of positioning hole,the article puts forward reasons of over tolerance,discusses specific structure of the table scraping frock,from the assembly process,it is solved which the hydrostatic ways surface and the positioning hole upright degree is over tolerance,ensure accuracy of the rotary table from the source.
