摘要
针对混合S型进给率曲线的加减速架构,研究并讨论其轮廓之误差,然后针对性提出用以解决此类进给率曲线轮廓误差的混合型进给率曲线,并通过修正连续刀具路径上的加、减进给率曲线达到控制转角误差的目的,仿真结果证明了该方法的有效性。采用该优化方法可以充分发挥CNC伺服电动机的性能,从而有利于降低CNC系统的成本。
This paper focused on studying and discussing the contour error caused by S-type acceleration and deceleration interpolation methods.Considering this blended feedrate planning,a new S-curve type federate control profile,which can help adjusting the continuous acceleration and deceleration curve between two consecutive block,is introduced.This method can reduce the contour corner error.The simulation results show the effectiveness of the modification method.The modification method can also be used to make full use of the advantages of the CNC servomotor and consequently reduce the cost of CNC production system.
