摘要
介绍了目前发展较为成熟的几种超声表面强化技术,如超声喷丸、超声挤压、超声滚压和超声振动辅助电火花脉冲放电等的基本原理、技术特点和研究进展,指出了各类超声表面强化技术研究中尚待解决的问题,并提出了超声表面强化技术的发展趋势。
The basic principles,technical characteristics and development of several ultrasonic surface enhancement technologies that are well-developed at present are introduced,which include ultrasonic shot penning,ultrasonic extrusion,ultrasonic surface rolling and ultrasonic vibration pulse electro-discharge machining.Problems to be resolved for these ultrasonic surface enhancement techniques are pointed out,and the developing trend of ultrasonic surface enhancement technique is put forward.
