以保持架零件为例,分析了零件的结构特点及被检测参数,针对零件内球面尺寸的检测特征,采用了可调式收放测量头与空间角度旋转相结合的机构,实现了外形尺寸大而内孔球面尺寸小的零件内球面尺寸的多角度、全方面的检测,并实现了高效、精确的检具设计。

Using cages as examples,analyzes the structure characteristics and the parameters being detected of the parts,aiming at the detecting characteristics of inner spherical surface of the parts,using the mechanism of the adjustable retractable measuring head combining with space angle rotation,to achieve the multi-angle,all aspects testing of inner spherical surface for the parts with a large shape size and a small inner spherical size,and to achieve an efficient and accurate fixture design.
