摘要
针对CA6140普通车床原主轴制动系统存在的缺陷,提出了采用电子制动器进行主轴制动系统改造的方案,详细阐述了改造过程,并通过对改造后机床的使用,验证了改造后的制动系统具有优越的性能,为同类设备制动系统的改造提供了参考。
According to CA6140 ordinary lathe original spindle brake system existing flaw,proposes the plan using the electronic brake for spindle brake system transformation,expounds the transformation process,and through the using of machine tool after transformation,verifies the braking system has superior performance after the transformation,provides reference for similar equipment brake system.
