摘要
以SIEMENS的840D数控系统为例,介绍了五轴加工中心的3种基本几何形式,阐述了如何配置机床几何形式的参数、如何定义旋转轴的符号,并详细阐述了若干五轴偏置向量的几何意义,简单介绍了如何定义五轴顺序。最后,还介绍了SIEMENS840D中一些高版本五轴转换的内容。
This article takes Siemens 840D as example,mainly introduces three kinds of the basic geometric form of the 5-axis machining center,then expands how to configure the parameters of geometric form and how to define the signal for the revolution axis.This paper also expatiates the geometric meaning of several offset vectors for the 5 axis machining center in detail and introduces the assignment of 5-axis sequence simply.At last,the paper also introduces some contents of high version 5-axis transform type in SIEMENS 840D.
