摘要
结合支撑托架冲件的具体案例,阐述了一种新型的四角弯曲冲孔复合模结构。该结构通过采用浮动式的弯曲凸模,能够保证先后两次U形弯曲和冲孔依次进行,且冲孔时消除了弯曲变形的发生。该结构能够保证弯曲件上孔及孔间距的精度,具有一定的独创性。
Based on the specific case of support bracket stamping,in this paper,a new type of structure of four bent corners bending & piercing compound mold is stated.By using floating bending punch,this structure can guarantee that it has two U bending and piercing in turn and the bending deformation has been eliminated when piercing happens.This structure can also guarantee the hole spacing accuracy of bending parts,and has some originality.
