摘要
通过研制大刀架阶梯静压导轨结构、X轴静压蜗杆蜗母条进给结构、Z轴滚针/推力圆柱滚子组合轴承定位的滚珠丝杠传动结构,大大提高了数控重型卧式车床大刀架X轴、Z轴的数控精度。
According to study the hydrostatic guideway structure of the big carriage, X axis hydrostatic worm and worm rack feed structure, ballscrew transmission structure of Z axis roller pin/thrust cylindrical roller combination bearing positioning which greatly improve the CNC accuracy of X axis and Z axis of the big carriage of CNC heavy duty horizontal lathe.
